HOLIDAY STAFFING PROGRAM
We are looking for driven Retail Sales Specialists to represent our client’s popular Houseware products within well-known retailers. BA's must have the ability to approach and engage customers, provide fun and relevant demonstrations.
DATES OF EVENTS- 29 days of work plus training
· Online Training: 10/26/2019 (week of)
· In-person Training: 11/2/2019 or 11/3/2019
DATES OF EVENTS 11/8/2019 THRU 12/29/2019- ****Candidates must be available to work ALL dates
( FRI- SUN ONLY)***
HOURS
· Friday: 4pm- 8pm
· Saturday: 12pm – 4pm
· Sunday: 12pm – 4pm
***Plus 30 minutes each day for set up/tear down and admin work***
Rate- $18 hr – will be paid every 2 weeks directly from marketing firm and you would be paid as their employee
PROGRAM DETAILS
Brand Advocates will be working at (3) store locations in their market to provide demos to consumers on various products

Candidates should be well-spoken, engaging, comfortable talking to consumers and discussing key features of the product
· Complete all required training within established timelines
· Complete all scheduled shifts, including clocking in/out as per given guidelines
BA EXPERIENCE
· Previous retail experience a plus
· Small appliances / electronics experience in retail – not a must, but a huge plus
